I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
1) Recruiter phone interview w/ behavioral questions. It is about 30 minutes in total and the last 10 or so minutes allows for you to ask questions. The recruiter will ask a bit about you and tell you more about the day to day of the position. They will also go over next steps in the interview process.
2) Video interview with 2 Hiring Managers and a Role Play. The role play mimics a sales opportunity and allows the interviewer to come up with the establishment and situation so that they are familiar with the role.
Gartner’s intern selection process involves online application screening, an aptitude or technical assessment, followed by one or two interview rounds assessing skills, problem-solving, communication, and cultural fit before extending the final offer.
Three stage interview, all phone screens. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions regarding technical capabilities, particularly focused on research experience as it relates to the role. I believe there were 4 rounds in total for this position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2025
Interview
very draining, the interviewer seemed disinterested, had too many rounds (we had 4 rounds in a single day). the HR round was very vague, aptitude was difficult for an intern position.
