A lot of time talking to Hiring Managers and not potential team members. Disappointing process. I came recommended by multiple current employees and felt like I had a tough time being legitimately considered.

If given any materials, please learn them verbatim. Having general knowledge is not good enough
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

Which traits are your strongest based on the key traits gartner looks for and how?
Sloppy recruiter
Unorganized
No follow up/lots of time between follow ups
phone screening and then panel interview via zoom
accidentally sent me someone else's resume
last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
