Interview
Entirely too long. Multi-step interview process over a 2 month period. Had multiple unscheduled reach-outs and impromptu phone calls with the recruiter, along with a writing assignment. The amount of hoops I was asked to jump through felt ridiculous.
The interview involved a super day round which included 4 different interview rounds with various levels of employees over the span of 5 hours. It wasn't too difficult but it was a bit repetitive and took a long time.
