Three rounds all behavioral. Very typical, rehearse STAR and have your stories set. If you prep well and speak confidently you'll get the internship. Focus on executive presence. This role requires you to communicate clearly and precisely.

Found the approach well rounded - beyond testing the usual past experience and knowledge of the market for the role - you have to write a short research note as well as make a presentation to defend the argumentation/logic. This "grilling" by a team of seasoned analysts is a good test of not only knowledge but also how to cope under pressure and still provide a logical argument.
