I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
Interview process is pretty straightforward. Includes a preliminary call and then an hour zoom meeting. For the sales internship, you will be asked many questions about your "Why". As a college student, I did not know my "Why" and spent the majority of the hour expressing that I am a college student who has some defined goals, but does not have a strong structured plan for the next 30 years. Eventually, I discussed that this was not working for either of us and the interview ended shorlty after that.
Very advanced star method questions, lots of preparation needed. Interview took 2 hours and was hard to prepare for. Friendly interviewers but very difficult interview process overall. Seems like there is a good focus on company culture and values
