4 interviews. 2 with recruiter, 2 with upper management. Role play during the last 2. Tough interview process, but rewarding if you can get through it. Most of the questions are trait based, they just want to find out what drives you personally and make sure you are the right fit for the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Jan 2014
Interview
2 phone interviews and then one panel interview/powerpoint presentation. They are very concerned about you showing where you fit in stacked rankings and that you really are better. They also really wanted to know how I learned what I knew about the company/position and were really impressed by the variety of resources (especially talking to people). I was told to ask for feedback at the end of the interviews. That seemed weird at first but that's something the company loves and it's really helpful to you too.
