I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL)
Interview
5 different interviews… yes, 5. Recruiter screen, sr recruiter interview, panel interview with hiring managers. Not selected for that role but referred to another. Was supposed to have an informal call with that recruiter to touch base and turned into an interview. 1 more interview after that which I was told would be with 1 person and it ended up being 3 (with no warning). To ultimately not be offered. This whole process took 2+ months. Recruiters and hiring manager rescheduled multiple times throughout the process, which is difficult to accommodate as a recruiter with your own requisitions. Took them a week to provide feedback after the first round because they want to call you and tell you they’re not offering you the position. Definitely not a candidate first experience. Perfect example of corporate inefficiency.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Gartner - they asked this at ALL five interviews
It was a good candidate experience. The communication with the talent sourcer was smooth and the overall process was fair. They send a lot of information before each next step and it helps a lot to get ready
Best interview process, nicest people, organised and supportive. Continuously provided me with emails, questions and information to help me feel prepared for each stage. Genuine people that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every company should adopt their method
