I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Jan 2019
Interview
I was approached by recruiter on Linkedin. We had two (1 hour calls each) talking about the role and my experience. The third interview was with a Team Lead and it was competencies based interview. He was very rude and seems to be angry at me for no reason. After 3 stages of recruitment process and 4 weeks, they just despaired on me. No positive or negative email. I even followed up, but they ignored my email. I found this extremity unprofessional!
Now I am thankful to them for not offering the job. Because I might have take it and I would make a big mistake. If they treat people like this at the interview stage, I cannot even imagine how would it be if I have joined the team.

Sourcer was great and personable. Recruiter on the other hand was not very good and promised to get provide reply after a few days. Never heard back. Which shows this is not a company to work for. Noticed that quite a few of their recruiting
Members haven’t been there long or jump between jobs, so that is already a warning sign.

Interview
A 1st stage interview with three separate managers.
Interviews were somewhat informal and on the whole, seemed to go well enough. However, something told the first manager that i wasn't a perfect fit for his team and he confirmed this in the meeting without any real insight.
I also interviewed well with the following two manager's who were both nice enough but it seems that perhaps the first manager's decision had rubbed off on the following two and the end result was that I did not receive an invitation to the next round.
