Interview
You are required to submit you CV with the job application, followed by a recruiter phone screen who will confirm that you have the required qualifications & skills, work rights and salary expectations,
The shortlisted candidates after the recruiter phone screen will be given online assessments (cognitive + behavioural/ personality), These take approx 1hr to complete and can be done at the candidate's convenience.
After the assessment stage, the shortlisted candidates will have an interview with the hiring manager. This will be a structured behavioural based interview, to further expand on the results from the online assessments.
The final stage is an assessment centre with a panel of 2-3 assessors. The candidate will be required to do a presentation exercise, and depending on the role, an optional role play exercise.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time when you had to overcome an objection to an idea you were pitching to a client. What were you pitching, Describe the situation, what was the objection, what did you do or say, and what was the outcome?
I got reached out by a junior recruiter to explore a couple of sales opportunities, and we conducted a couple of interview trainings which was helpful. After that, I got into the second round interview about sales knowledge and mock interview with the senior HR recruiter based in USA. She wasn’t give me a pass at the end, but I also felt it’s unfair to do sales questions & cold call mock interview with her because she didn’t know what is the day to day sales looks like and how does it exactly feel! Candidates have to be judged by a non-specialised professional, I will recommend you think twice before you move further otherwise it really wastes your time.
I didn’t pass the HR interview but I got another company’s offer in a much better postion.
