I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor
Interview
Two stages. Hiring manager reached out to schedule an interview. He was friendly during the interview and it was enjoyable. Then came the panel interview. First interview was a case study with a PM. He seemed bored, complete opposite from hiring manager. His question was how I'd name a train line. I asked about the business objective. He laughed then said you tell me. I tried to ask more clarifying questions, he basically told me to make all the answers up myself, not answering any of them. Okay, so I attempt to answer this broad question without constraints.. It inevitably gets messy. Then he laughs multiple times while I walk him through my solution. When I'd suggest something he'd smile, chuckle, etc in a condescending way. Overall he just seemed totally uninterested in this interview and rude. I felt like I was set up to fail. The other two interviews with marketing and engineering were for fit and those were pleasant. A week later recruiter calls me with feedback, everything went well except the case study so I wasn't chosen. I wasn't surprised. Perhaps the interviewer already had another candidate in mind, either way that was not a great way to interview candidates.

Process was organized and efficient. Took about 1.5 to 2 weeks from my first interview to receiving an offer. Everyone was extremely friendly and really seemed to want to get to know me and learn about my experiences (and how they can relate to Glassdoor).
Helpful tips: be sure to ask questions, as well as show genuine interest in the company and its mission!
