Glassdoor Senior Manager, Digital Marketing interview questions

Applied to the role online. Less than one week later, I hear from a recruiter to schedule a first phone screen via Greenhouse. I filled out the survey... then, crickets. I followed up via email and re-populating the survey for the following two weeks (unfortunately did not have a phone number to attempt to call). I was unceremoniously ghosted by this recruiter. For a company that prides itself in offering transparency to improve candidate experience, I have to call out this poor conduct from a recruiter. I did not expect that Glassdoor would be one to ghost as well.
