I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process for me consisted of three rounds, with the recruiter checking in at each round. During the initial conversation, the recruiter discussed the compensation range and was quite transparent about how the salary was allocated. Overall, the interviewers were kind, and they asked me a lot of detailed questions regarding the position.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me to discuss the role and then I spoke with the hiring manager via video chat. The recruiter (Britney M) was responsive, helpful, and knowledgable through the entire process. Full transparency through the entire process, beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for more, even though the position didn't work out for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me about the role. Met with recruiter, hiring Mgr & team of 4. Process moved pretty smoothly for the most part.
The recruiter has been the best I've experienced - she kept me updated throughout the entire process and followed up whenever she said she would. It took about a week+ to learn that I wasn't moving forward which I already figured based on the pattern of initial communication.
She did provide feedback as to why I wasn't selected which was nice and not really common with recruiters.
Even though I didn't get the role, I did have a really good experience with the recruiter.
I could also tell from the team members that they probably were not going to select me with the exception of one.
I would say, since one of the company's core values is around transparency, it would have been nice if they were more upfront about wanting more project management skills to this role and communicated when I'd asked all 4 how my skills would align, I got -" Yes they see no issues", but the feedback provided stated otherwise. I say this because I've had a hiring manager state upfront but still in a nice manner and right then I knew I wouldn't be moving forward so instead of waiting to hear back after a week + I got my unofficial answer there.
All the same, I loved working with the recruiter & hope to work with her again soon.
