Glassdoor interview questions

Had initial phone interview with HR based in the Chicago which was fine, then had another phone interview with the hiring manager who was 45 minutes later for the phone interview which I felt was very unprofessional. The next stage was a role play scenario over a blue jeans software platform Glassdoor use and this was with 5 people who were quite tough and grilled me, even more difficult was the software kept crashing during the role play which was awful for me to gain any momentum in the role play, maybe moving forward Glassdoor should do these face to face? I have to say Brianna was great and fantastic throughout the whole process.
