I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Glassdoor
Interview
The process was a bit lengthy, but only b/c they are growing like crazy and need to get spots filled quickly. I had a phone screening with a recruiter, came in to meet with the hiring manager, then had a sales pitch for three members of the team (definitely a challenging aspect, but great feedback). From there I was called back in to meet with the hiring manager again and then three other managers/senior members of the team. Everyone here is incredibly helpful and transparent about the job and what working at Glassdoor is like!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Glassdoor (San Jose, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and got call for phone interview. Phone interview lasted for about an hour and was completely technical. I was asked for all basic and advanced Android questions. Second round was skype call for me. I was invited for live coding and was given a story to solve. It was really good and I was happy to solve it.
I got call from HR after 3 days that they were pursuing with other candidate. I was happy when HR was really frank that they were actually sad to not select me and would get back to me again for future opening.
I applied online. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Starting with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a comprehensive call with the hiring manager, the subsequent in-person interviews (three total) were timely (turnaround time from interview visit to interview visit didn't take too long). The ability to meet a mix of individuals from the team was great. The interviewers were authentic, smart, organized, and each person had specific things to discuss.
