I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Sausalito, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had a 30 minute to hour-long technical interview with an engineering manager. She described the internship's tasks and then asked me a couple technical questions. After that went well, I spoke with the senior engineer who would supervise me during the internship. I came in for an on-site interview that lasted around 2 hours and received an offer the same day. The manager/interviewers I met were very warm and sociable. The company atmosphere was fairly relaxed, which helped alleviate a lot of the stress that can be present during an on-site interview.

Interview
I applied through an employee referral a couple weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. The phone screen was pretty standard wanting to learn more about your background and go over the position.
Second phone interview was with the hiring manager, more getting to know my background and then more high level questions. I asked what the next steps in the process were and he said a Skype interview and then an in person presentation.
Third interview was a Skype interview with employees in the California office. This was a first for me, so I wasn't really sure what to expect! Spoke with three different people at two separate times. They asked background questions and situational questions as well.
Fourth Interview was my first person interview at the Chicago office. I met with a Senior Account Manager and then with the Manager of Customer success.
Fifth and Final interview was a presentation with my manager and the VP of customer success. We did this over screen share. The recruiters shared useful tools for me to use during my presentation and that was super helpful.
Two days after the presentation I was offered the position and I was happy to accept!
