I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jul 2021
Interview
A very smooth and efficient process overall. The recruiter was very communicative and prompt after each touchpoint. Overall, there were 4 "rounds" of interviews: a recruiter screen, hiring manager conversation, case study/activity, and functional interview final round. Everyone I met was incredibly engaging, compassionate, and wonderfully friendly. There really is a great family-friendly and caring culture at Glassdoor that came through in recruiting.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (London, England)
Interview
Really smooth process. 4 interview stages that started with a call with internal recruitment in US and followed with separate calls with various team members. Last round involved a task and panel interview. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience. I am so glad to hear that you found it to be a smooth and enjoyable experience. We hold ourselves to a high standard throughout the hiring process. Thank you again for your feedback!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Recruiting team is very important during the interview process since they are the main contact in the company. And Glassdoor's recruiter team is a huge disappointment to be honest.
I got the email from recruiter to schedule the 1st phone call. When it was time, noone called. I've waited, emailed multiple times to recruiter and no answer at all. Then i decided to reschedule so i'd still have a date.
Days passed, still no answer..
when the rescheduled day came, I reached out again to confirm if we still have a call. She finally responded with a yes. I got the call 15 mins late and got a very rushed chat.
Then the regular interview process started. All was standard. When all rounds are done, ~2 days later, I got an automatic "no-reply" email saying that they are not going to be putting an offer. Sure, no offer is fine not bothered by that. How it's done was disappointing! When you talk to candidate and both invest your time through process, you can easily write a personalized email that explains the situation.

I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience and I can see why you were disappointed. I am very grateful that you took the time to interview with Glassdoor and would be happy to provide you with the feedback. Once again, I do apologize that this experience was so removed from our usual process and I hope we get the chance to show you that this is not the norm for Glassdoor. - Amy Farrar, Head of Talent Acquisition
