I was approached to interview for a Content Director position, and after two calls with an HR manager and a video interview with the hiring manager was sent a form rejection. This felt rude and left me wondering why they wasted my time by reaching out at all; a tiny bit more effort in the correspondence would have meant a lot.

Probably the smoothest interview process I've ever experienced! I worked with Cortney who stayed engaged, helpful, and flexible with scheduling throughout. First interview was a phone screen followed up with an online writing sample. Second interview was with two members of the CSM team. Third interview was a presentation to three senior members of the CSM team.

Interview
The interview team was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. It move quickly, but I didn't feel rushed. I initially spoke with a recruiter, and then I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that I had a longer group interview with 30 minute chats with a variety of team members. It was very organized.
