Overall not very pleasant experience
HR: seems very unprofessional - canceled meeting twice. did not ask any questions during screening processes but rather, talked only about logistics.
After being scheduled for a talk with the hiring manager, she forgot about it and did the screening again.
Hiring manager - no hard questions but got rejected immediately after the interview - which seems rude to me
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR: did not ask any specific questions
HM: questions about relevant experience
The interview itself was fine, but I was later told they were no longer hiring for the position and looking for someone with more experience. Which ended up being a waste of time for all parties.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied through glassdoor and heard from a recruiter a week later. She was fantastic at answering all of my questions and quickly set me up for the next call with the hiring manager. After my call with the hiring manager, I got an email to schedule an onsite. I was on an expedited timeline due to another offer and the recruiters worked to get me in as quickly as possible. During the onsite, I spoke to 5 people for 30 minutes each and I felt welcomed the entire time. The very next day I got the verbal offer and accepted the offer the following day. The recruiter even sent me a GIF of excitement once I signed. I'm beyond excited to be joining this company!
