I applied online. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied online after seeing a job posting. I was contacted about my application a week later and I setup a 30min conversation with the recruiter.
He basically gave me the run down on the interview process and the company. He asked me basic questions about my experience and then asked me to rate my skill level in various areas. He also asked about my salary expectation which he stated was in the correct range. He told me he would reach out to the hiring manager with my info and get back to me by the end of the week. After a little over a week I was contacted by a second person who was in charge of setting up the actual interview with the hiring manager, the other recruiter was cc'd in the email
I was able to setup my zoom call with the hiring manager and received the meeting invite a couple days later. The morning of my interview I received an email from the recruiter stating that the hiring manager had to reschedule because of travel conflicts. In addition he sent me a few available times to reschedule and stated he would send a new meeting invite based on the time that worked best for me. Well I responded with the time that worked best for me and I never received a new invite. I even sent an email the morning of what was supposed to be my new interview day and informed the recruiter I didn't receive an invite and wanted to confirm our interview. (The original call was on a Monday. I set up the new call for the Wednesday). I never received a response back that day.
It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard from either recruiter as they were both included in all of the communications. A bit disappointing since it seemed like a good company and the position was right up my alley, but this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had. You would think the process would run a bit smoothly as Glassdoor isn't a new company, but it definetly wasn't the case. I'm hesitant at even applying again or sending the recruiters another email because there's no way they both didn't see my emails.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Glassdoor (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
15 min call with the recruiter. 45 minutes pair programming interview with a senior engineer.
The interviewer seemed happy with my response and the interview in general. Yet to hear back from them. It has been more than 2 weeks. Like most recruiters, even this recruiter doesn't even have the decency to reply to my follow up emails.
