Google Adwords Associate interview questions

i had a phone screening, then 2 sets of 5 interviews afterward. There was also a test. It felt like they had people assigned to different roles - good cop, bad cop kinda thing. They asked a lot about my ability to work on teams and my personality. They asked how I would deal with customers in different situations. They want to hear you are a self starter and hard working. The are also just looking for generally smart people. Be sure to reference work you have done in the past, especially when it was with difficult coworkers.
