Google Adwords Associate interview questions

Google HR executives came to my college campus in Chennai and made a presentation followed by an evaluation test. Almost 1 month after the test 10 out above 200 students who wrote the test was called for an interview. The first interview was telephonic and it was a peer interview, he went through my profile. Popped some analytical questions. The second interview was through google video chat, it was by HR team. Almost same routine followed as in initial interview in HR interview and final Manager's interview. Obviously difficulty level kept on increasing. I learned that many were eliminated post telephonic interview and in final leg only me and a classmate was left.

1) Telephone check that you are real candidate 2) Telephone interview with 1 team member (asked about exprerience, just simple dialogue) 3) Telephone interview with 2 team member (case study about AdWords) 4) In-house interview in Dublin (3 interviewers, many questions about motivation and simple IQ tests, just be yourself and show your real motivation to get this job!)
