I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google in Oct 2018
Interview
After reviewing my application, someone from HR called me to ask a few basic questions about my experience and my motivation to work for Google. Afterwards, I was invited to a first interview in Zurich which was about "Googleyness and Leadership". Shortly after that, I was invited to Dublin for two further interviews about "General Cognitive Ability" and "Role related knowledge". 2 days later, I was informed that they will not progress with my application.
The people from HR are very friendly, helpful and quick in answering emails. You also get your feedback within a few days after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online and the process took about 5 weeks. I had one phone screening that was about 20 min long with general questions about the role and the company, my experience, and some behavioral questions. Then I had a phone interview that took about 45 min that covered more behavioral questions and product knowledge. Didn't make it further.
