I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Received call at scheduled time.
Interviewer confirmed the job position and asked me if I have any questions regarding JD before starting the interview.
Q1. Tell me your Digital Marketing Journey?
Q2. Why you're looking for a change, considering the fact you're doing great in your current job
Q3. Do you have any questions in your mind?
Q4. I'll give you case and you have to tell the solution for this. "Fashion retail outlet in Mumbai wants to start the new outlet in HYD and wants to drive the awareness and footfalls to the outlet. How do you plan a digital marketing strategy for this"?
Interview process is of 4 rounds, all will be elimination rounds.
She informed me that, she will pass the feedback to higher authorities into recruitment and let me know feedback within 2-3 days.
PS: I'm tagging interview outcome as "Yes, and i accepted" because i don't want to be pessimistic.
Also, I'll keep updated the interview process to help you all to prepare well for your dream job.
Wish me a luck.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Joliet, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interviewed by Google Hangouts with the manager I would have reported to. The overall interview was straightforward. I would have been a contractor, so I was not asked the typical Google interview questions we often read online.

Question 1
What is your project management style. Please describe.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Google (Neu-Delhi) in May 2018
Interview
Very disappointed by Google's Recruitment team on the way they handled my process.
6+ months long process with 6 interviews. All transcripts, questionnaires, professional references and every single detail whatever they asked were shared twice after 5th & 6th rounds of interview. Initially it was told that there will be 4 interview rounds & process may take upto 4-6 weeks.
However, for some reason hiring committee decided not to offer the position which is fair if they have some specific reason but that reason should have been communicated back considering that candidate have been waiting for 6 months to know the results.
Recruiter was either not sure about the reason or just wanted to avoid the question regarding the same. The only feedback received on the call was to prepare well for the next time if I reapply. I am still not sure on how I can prepare better if all interviews were first cleared, all details were shared & then hiring committee rejects the candidature without informing on the exact reason.
Till date, I haven't received any email or formal written communication or the 'candidate experience' survey link from the team.
PS: My sole reason to share this here on the Glassdoor is that if you are being interviewed at Google, please don't be excited or hope for the offer until you receive & accept one, irrespective of what recruitment team tells you.
