I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Google in May 2021
Interview
Process took roughly 7 weeks and was fairly smooth from 1 stage to another.
Due to the pandemic all the interviews were done remotely over the phone and via Google Meet.
The interviewers were all relatively friendly and nice, the recruiters were all very helpful where they could, but as usual did not provide feedback on a failed interview.
The interview I got were;
1. Recruiter screening over the phone - 15mins = General
2. Technical screening with Customer Engineer over Google Meet - 30mins = Technical
3. Hiring Manager & Customer Engineer Interview - 1hr = Behaviour, Hypotheticals & Technical
4. Leadership and Googlyness - 45mins = Behaviour and Hypotheticals
5. GCA - 45mins = Behaviour and Hypotheticals
I believe I failed at the GCA but the questions weren't hard, the interviewer did not give much away during clarifying questioning or reasoning.

Question 1
How do you manage two team members with conflicting ideas?
It was the technical interview for Data Analytics Customer Engineer, so they asked me quite a lot of concepts about data & data engineering on GCP (useful to have the certification for this), sales and to explain a whole data architecture designed by me.
