Google Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

4 rounds with different people from the AM and sales teams. Some people were courteous and professional but some others were showing a bit of an attitude and it was the ones that were more junior that I was in terms of experience. I was disappointed with HR because even though I was offered the role their tone in Dublin changed completely the moment I started to negotiate my salary and level. Based on my experience I felt I was demoted. It is understandable that they will want cheaper hires and more qualified employees but I don't understand how they expect candidates to negotiate for Google revenue and not for their salary and career. After I tried to negotiate they stopped replying to emails or calls. I guess that shows when the company values are just on paper.

It was very easy they ask me few questions I responded they also helped me though it and taught me things it was actually a nice interview I didn’t feel nervous at all through the process
