Google Finance interview questions

I was approached by a recruiter to interview for a remote position. Each interview was very non-standard (no tell me about yourself, tell me about x,y,z situation, etc. ), filled with abstract questions presented in a condescending tone. The most eye opening aspect was the lack of diversity in my interviewers (all were white). In all honesty, it felt like these interviews were not conducive to candidates of color. If you are a person of color, please proceed with caution.

Multiple rounds with different members of the team. Planning for at least 4 rounds with leadership. Leadership was all enjoyable and had some personality but also situational rounds. Didn’t share salary until the end of the interview rounds which could be outlined up front.
