I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Google in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process was probably the longest I have ever been through. It was approximately 3-4 months. The only thing that made it really difficult was the recruiter I was working with and her lack of communication throughout the process.
I was fortunate enough to make it onsite; the process consisted of a recruiter phone screen, skip level VC, hiring manager VC, and then onsite interview.
The onsite interview was a mix of those in person and VC. Be prepared to answer modeling and impact questions.

Question 1
How would you model this? What commentary would you say?
Recruiter from Google reached out via email to do a phone screener, then a Google Hangout was coordinated with a member from the Finance team. Due to the technology used for this interview, I found it difficult to build rapport with the interviewer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
Recruiter screen on the phone. The recruiter explained the process of the interview, what to expect next, and just to get to know me. Currently still in the process but I wanted to share some insight to an interview question that I got.
