1) recruiter phone screen - easy
2) hiring manager - deep dive into case study question, and it was rather unexpectedly challenging esp. given the role I was interviewing for...or maybe it's lack of case study interviewing experience that made it more challenging than it should have been. Q's around marketing effectiveness - market sizing, 1st year revenue, what other products can influence success of this new product launch, metrics you will use to measure success campaign, and how do you determine that your marketing campaign was effective...how do you explain a technical item to a nontechnical audience?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter regarding the new roles within Finance at Google. Initial screening was scheduled with a different recruiter about two weeks later. Interviewer was new to Google and did not seem very excited when I asked about their current experience and DE&I at the company. Recruiter asked a few questions about my current role and some additional behavioral questions.
