I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Google (Taylor, MI) in May 2016
Interview
very easy, it should be a no brainer. All the questions were straight forward. If they're hiring for seasonal, then more than likely you'll get hired right away. You can even do the flex option were you make your own shifts and don't have to worry about being schduled anything. This is a great option if you are a student.

Question 1
How did you handle a situation when customer was acting rudely.
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference
They sent a survey asking roughly 50 behavioral questions. I thought the questions were easy, but they were looking for specific responses based on the questions asked. Multiple choice questions.
