I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Google (Redwood City, CA)
Interview
The process was a few interviews. One over the phone with a recruiter, this is where you show your personality. The next was an interview, in person, with the sales manager and the director of sales - here they really went into my background, the tools I used for efficiency and the way that I tracked my progress.

Question 1
Mock cold call on the spot, was not expected - but a great way to determine if I was the right fit or not.
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference
They sent a survey asking roughly 50 behavioral questions. I thought the questions were easy, but they were looking for specific responses based on the questions asked. Multiple choice questions.
