I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for a phone screen. After the initial call I proceeded to a phone call with the hiring manager. After this was invited to an on-site interview where I had four, 45 minute, interviews with various people on the team. Hiring manager moved me forward to hiring committee but was ultimately rejected. Hiring committee is a complete blackbox and you will never know the truth of why you are rejected. It's completely out of your control and you have no say in how the committee evaluates your candidacy. Don't get your hopes up if you make it to hiring committee it's basically a lottery at that point.

Question 1
How would you prioritize feature requests from custoemers for product management and engineering to go and build after.
First attached by hr, interview with her is very smooth, nice conversation not pushed, asked one question in Chinese and three in English, offered tips for the process next, benefit a lot.
The interview process was very professional. There was a first round a conversation with HR. Then you have another round of interviews with the team and then a loop. All interviews were conducted very professional.
Accepted application thru email and then scheduled initial screening interview thru phone call. Basic phone interview just a vibe check and said would get back to me on next steps
