Interview
One phone screen with the staffing company and two Google hangout interviews (30 min each) with google's internal staffing team. I personally felt this was the best interview I've ever had in terms of both the questions that were asked and how I performed. They made me feel super comfortable and helped me not be as nervous as I expected to be. At the end of every questions they asked me if there's anything that I might have forgotten and would like to add to my answer which was great. Lastly my favorite part was at the end where they asked me if I want to mention anything that they have not asked so far so I told them about my life and personal accomplishments :)
The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Technical phone screen, recruiter interview, 3 virtual interviews with hiring managers and team members, encompassing situational, behavioral, and technical questions. One interview includes role-specific live exercises for Recruiting Coordinator position.
Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
