Software Engineers: Solve coding problems using a shared Google Doc or similar collaborative editor. Focus on algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
Product Managers: May be asked strategy, design, or analytical questions.
Designers/Other Roles: Tailored to relevant skills (e.g., portfolio review for designers).
Time: ~45â60 minutes each.

Each round typically lasts 45â60 minutes and may include:
Coding (2 rounds): Algorithmic problems, system design (for senior roles).

Behavioral / Googliness (1 round): Assesses collaboration, leadership, and cultural fit. Expect questions like:
