It took 7 interviews, most of them technical. The interviews were difficult, open ended, but really measured the experience on some technical areas that I understand are important for Google.

A single 1 hour question each time. Very open ended, where part of the answer is what questions you ask in order to clarify and jointly with the interviewer get to an answer.

Technical screening. One Linux and One Coding. Onsite - 5 rounds. Coding (easy problem), Behavioural and Leadership, Non Abstract Linux System Design, Networking (because I have networking experience), Troubleshooting. The process took around 3 months
