Google Graphic Designer/Motion Graphic Artist interview questions

The interview process began with an initial phone screening to go over my resume and portfolio. After that, I was scheduled for a virtual interview with the creative director and a senior designer. They asked questions about my design process, motion graphics experience, and how I handle tight deadlines. I was also asked to complete a short take-home design challenge that involved animating a short logo sting. The overall process took about two weeks.
