Google Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was very straight forward - I spoke with several other team members. All were very nice. Smooth process and they communicated well. Don’t have much else to say but didn’t end up getting an offer.

A lot of questions about how you dealt with situations in the past. They ask you a question and give you some time to answer. Feels more like a quiz than a conversation. There was a language test, written and interview since it was a bilingual job.
