Google Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

6 interviews. First with recruiter, second with team member, third with another team member. Fourth with 1st manager, fifth with 2nd manager en sixth interview with team member. The interview with the manager was hard, but with the team members doable. Just prepare well. On-site interview is on General Cognitive Knowledge (expect 4 questions about previous work situations). Another on Leadership + Googleyness (google this). Last one on role related knowledge. Answering questions in STAR structure, very important! Also, be very structured and numerical in your answers.
