Google Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There was no chit-chat; it was straight to the point. The interview consisted of 2 behavioural questions and 2 hypothetical questions, and it lasted about 35 minutes. The hypothetical questions were not related to Google or the role, more like consulting questions - business cases.

Good process and good salary offer. Did not get selected. Location in canada Would try again for a new application. But very competitive and selection is very limited to experience and education
