Brief introductions, followed by an extensive and complex hypothetical problem. When asked about my favorite google product, they kept digging about 5-6 levels deep with why this or why that.

Interview
I enjoyed the two phone screen calls where I was asked about design problems. However, my on campus experience was a bit awkward and I did not feel very welcomed or that it ran smoothly.
The person who was supposed to pick me up for my interview got mixed up and I was left waiting in the lobby until well after my interview was supposed to start.
The three interviews I had were interesting but it was very distracting that the interviewers are typing a mile a minute while you talk to them. They explained that they were required to take notes but did not add to a great interview dynamic.
I enjoyed my lunch interview and tour, but after lunch I was dropped off in an interview room and sat there until someone walked in and said oh you shouldn't be here you're done! and walked off.
I understand that interviews get cut off early but the whole thing was very disorganized, awkward and abrupt.

Phone interview-on site interview. On site interview would be more than two times. One for 1:1 and group interview. And I am not so sure after that since I was not asked to join.
