I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
Had a first phone interview screening. Was easy very simple where Google requiter explained the position and a what will be next.
Next was video call interview (via hangouts) with Senior Project Manager.
It went very well (I thought so), answered all the questions and gave a fairly amount of examples from my day to day work and from my own experience.
Got rejected few days after and the feed back was that in one of the scenarios they presented to me I didn't ask enough questions and made my own assumptions.
If you ask me... I wouldn't fail myself just because of that. I mean, how harsh can you be? While got really tons of experience... oh well.
Good side - Google reciter was amazing!! Very easy going and was very very pleasant process.

Work with difficult people.
Explain win-win situation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
The interview involved a phone screen with a PM, and then an onsite round consisting of multiple interviews over the course of a full day in Mountain View. The onsite interview was a mix of different things, while each onsite focused on 1 or 2 questions specifically. There was a technical interview, and then several with PMs of varying levels. Overall, the questions were fun problems to think through and solve. I actually had fun in the process. I declined only because I decided to go with another offer. The interviewers were all really friendly and helpful.

Question 1
Most everything I was asked is available publicly. No surprises here. Google sends out an interview prep guide (what to expect). Read it well.
