Google Programme Manager interview questions

1. Recruiter Screening - 30 minutes - basic questions and a couple behavioral-based questions. If you passed this then you proceed to onsites (which during covid are virtual) - RRK, Googlyness/Leadership, GCA 2. Role-Related Knowledge (RRK) - 45 minutes - behavioral-based, hypothetical scenarios that can/likely to happen in the role you are interviewing for. 3. Googlyness/Leadership - 45 minutes - behavioral-based questions that display your leadership skills, positive intent, empathy, and to intently be able to navigate through ambiguity. 4. General Cognitive Agility (GCA) - 45 minutes - this interview is case-based and tests your ability to solve problems with little to no information.

Very friendly and supportive interviewers. Questions were mainly from past experience and behaviour relates questions. HR were also supportive in preparation for interview. It's a great experience to interview with Google.
