Google Project Manager interview questions

Detailed and thorough but overall was a good experience. No concerns but did not get the job. Ultimately would still recommend for interview and job opportunities though. No other thoughts here.

While I felt I performed well during the interview process and demonstrated strong alignment with the key competencies and qualifications for the role, ultimately the hiring team determined that another candidate's background and skill set was a more optimal fit for the specific business needs and priorities at this time. The decision was not a reflection on my capabilities, but rather a function of the competitive nature of the talent pool and the need to select the individual they felt could hit the ground running and most effectively drive immediate impact in the position. I appreciated the opportunity to interview and gain valuable feedback. I will leverage these learnings to further strengthen my candidacy for future openings that may be a better mutual fit. The experience has helped me refine my interview preparation and professional positioning, which I'm confident will serve me well as I continue exploring new career growth opportunities
