I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied through a referral. Spoke with a recruiter who explained the process, provided resources to prep and coordinated the interviews. I interviewed for the same job title with two different teams. One team didn't seem to know what they wanted, the role wasn't clearly defined. The other team and role was more defined.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Ten interviews! Huge time invested. Indecisive. At one point, I made it through to hiring committee then mind changed and needed another interview. Wouldn't recommend going throught the process unless you are KEEN to work for Google.
