A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin for months and before I finally agreed to interview. During the interview process the recruiter was very late and when she finally joined she dropped unexpectedly 5 minutes into the interview and didn't rejoin or attempt to reach out to me. What a joke and a waste of time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
One-on-one with 4 different employees covering different roles within the company. Many questions were based on brain teasers such as why we can’t create a transporter like Star Trek because of computing power limitations. Some questions were relevant.

Question 1
A deep software question about implementation of a basic loop structure.
A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview. The first round which was scheduled was re-scheduled twice as the interviewer was not available.
In the first round, the interviewer seemed to be on a tight schedule and did not ask basic question and jumped right to the questions he had prepared. In the entire interview which lasted 45mins, he kept pushing me to move to the next step without letting me finish my thoughts. I am guessing it was so that he can get through all the questions he had planned to ask within a small time.
