HR in google approached me on LinkedIn. She explained the interview process. I had 5 interviews by different PMs and 1 with a software engineer. The process was long and some of the questions a bit challenging, but overall a positive experience (though I didn't get an offer)

The first step is to pitch your plugin via email. In my case, I was lucky enough to have a friend who introduced me to their Head of Business Development. I was able to set up a call in the next few days.
