Google Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

Contract RC role: There were 2 interview back to back. In the first interview, I interviewed with 2 RCs. I think one was there to shadow the process. The second interview, I interviewed with a RC team manager.

Overall it was a very good experience. The entire process from the time I applied to when I got the job offer took about two months. I applied through a staffing company, since this is a contractor role. There were two 30 minute Google Meets interviews on the same day. The first interview is more behavioral questions, and the second interview had some case questions with a written portion on a Google doc. Both interviewers were very friendly and informative and gave great answers to the questions I asked. They made me feel less nervous. I’m very glad I got this opportunity to interview with Google.
