Have 2 YOE at similar FAANG company, but was aggressively downleveled to L3 for the interview process. 3 rounds of coding interviews. The questions were very standard LC mediums.
Then, talked with 3 Hiring Managers, where they pitched me on their team, and I talked about past experiences and technologies I was familiar with. Ultimately received a lowball offer.
