4 rounds of leetcode interviews. I was quite surprised they never asked questions about working with people. totally tech focused. I will say the HR recruiter was far more human than my experience interviewing with MSFT.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
algorithms and architecture questions, likely confidential.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google in Aug 2021
Interview
Coding interview with two non-real life tasks to solve in less than an hour.
The first one was discussion and coding.
The second was just a discussion on how could I approach the problem.
I've presented solutions to both of the problems but got feedback afterwards that it's not enough for this position. I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean but I find this interview waste of time.

Interview
The interview process was conducted in a timely manner. They respected my time, and even though I didn't get the job, I still felt like they gave me a fair chance, and supported me during the process.
