I was got email from one of Google's recruiting agent. She/He requested my resume. and forward to her/his co-workers. 1. Call interview It's just simple explanation of role what i was offered. And she/he asked some questions about require role. I went well, so she/he gave me self-evaluation form for next step. 2. Second call - hangout technical interview I also went well about my evaluation form(maybe) so, another hiring agent contacted me. And they requested my free time for hangout interview. They gave me some guideline resources for technical interview. And i failed. But during preparation, i studied and got lots of information.
