I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was very pleasant and included 6 interviews. Very nice people. They basically want to see how you overcome challenges and handle collaboration with other teams. Like product Engineers and pgms

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who was very personable, she outlined the process clearly and was very responsive. We had a couple of introductory calls to discuss opportunities at Google. Unfortunately for me, my employer at the time was a consultant for Google, and I was concerned about my non-compete, so I ended the process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was made of behavioral questions. The interviewers were pretty laid back, and it was fun to talk with them during the interview. They told me not to rush with questions. It was a very human interview. Unfortunately, I was not offered a job, and they mentioned the answer would take two weeks, but it took two months. I felt a little disrespected by that, but the process was professional overall.
